A few weeks ago I received a box that made the boys almost as happy as Christmas morning opening gifts! It was a box full of TOYS! WooHoo!!!!
The first toy that we opened was the Kid Motion Playskool Easy Dunk Basketball rather then me type up a review we had fun and made a vlog review…
We also have two fun footballs.
The NERF NFL PRO GRIP
(Ages 4 years & up/Approx. Retail Price: $9.99/Available: Now) Team up with NERF and the NFL! This licensed football is emblazoned with one of your favorite NFL teams’ emblems and colors so you can get your game on just like the pros. The special PRO GRIP texture is specially designed for better throwing and catching, helping you and your team pave the way to victory.
and the NERF PEYTON MANNING VORTEX ULTRA LITE Football.
(Ages 5 years & up/Approx. Retail Price: $9.99/Available: Now) Drop back, find your receiver and go for the end zone … The NERF PEYTON MANNING VORTEX ULTRA LITE football is a sleek football with an aerodynamic tail, just right for that long distance pass. The NERF PEYTON MANNING VORTEX ULTRA LITE is the lightest football in the VORTEX line, making it easy to toss up a “Hail Mary” pass. NERF VORTEX – THE FARTHEST FLYING FOOTBALLS!
While the boys are thrilled with these fun footballs, the weather here in NW Ohio has enabled them to be able to play with these neat Nerf toys. I had to put them up on the fridge until they can get outside and play with them. But I am sure that they will LOVE them as soon as the weather brakes.
I also have one more Great toy to share but I will talk more about that this week-end in a Vlog post. It is lots of FUN!
I want to say a HUGE thank you to Catherine for sending us these fun toys to play with. She also has a toy to send one of you. The Kid Motion Playskool Easy Dunk Basketball.

Barbies were my weakness (and still are) I had over 100 Barbies plus all their accessories (dream pool, pink corvette, horses, etc.) The only thing I never had was the Dream House and that’s because my mom and I built our own that suited me better. I can’t wait until my girls are old enough to play Barbies too!

I had these dolls that were part of a singing group. They came with their own single record. I remember the lead singer was Heather with blond hair. THey had 2 other dolls but I can’t remember their names. I used to play their record over and over and pretend I was a rock star like they were. They were like barbie in that they had their own line of clothes so I would buy a piece here and a piece there with my allowance. Cool memories.

I’m trying to think of a toy I liked as a kid…I remember I played with barbies till I was fourteen. Does that count?
My toddler, on the other hand, turns two this month and is OBSESSED with basketball. We caught the tail end of a game on TV a couple weeks ago and he now asks me every day if we can go watch basketball. He can even say “basketball game.” Sadly, we don’t have cable so we don’t get to watch many games. He would love this toy though. It’d be the perfect bday present for him.
